SCENARIO 1
inspired by the movie get real.
Since Alan Todd was ten years old, he has known that he likes boys over girls and has felt alone because of it. The female body has never sparked interest in him, he's never found himself crushing on a girl, but he's always kept the fact to himself. Not only because his parents would disapprove but also because his small town has a low-tolerance for anything out of the ordinary. At school, he's even hassled by older boys who call him "queer" and "fag" before beating him up or shoving him around, all as a means of making themselves feel better about his obvious intelligence. It's thanks to these boys that everything changes for Alan. While running away from them, Alan happens upon a local park and stows himself a bathroom stall, one of two stalls that some gay or curious men in town utilize when looking for anonymous sex. Here, Danny Cauley -- the school's star baseball player and most popular athlete -- propositions him with a note scribbled onto tissue paper. Neither of them realize that they're classmates and on opposite ends of the social spectrum until they actually meet out in the woods.

SCENARIO 2
inspired by the book blood & chocolate.
After a rough junior year at a high school in a suburb of Massachussetts, charactera is expelled and must relocate to a new school. He has no friends, though he seems to have an extensive family, and he appears to be less than sociable. He's angry, for reasons unknown to those peers who are unfortunate enough to share classes with him, and one classmate,
characterb realizes as much after a run-in at a local movie theatre. There's no real explanation for what happened but, whatever the reason, they both wound up bloody and bruised. After a day in court, they were both sentenced to do one-hundred and fifty hours of community service. As they work, the less aggressive of the two boys attempts to forge a friendship with him. He asks him about his interests, about his likes and dislikes, but the other boy is tight-lipped and more irritable than responsive. They don't connect during their community service, where the angry young man stabs bits of trash intently and the calmer of the two talks to his back but, after the calm boy is attacked by a strange creature in the woods and is actually saved by his easily irritated companion, they actually begin to get along.

SCENARIO 3
When the Jones family accept and sheltercharactera into their home, they know he is a special case. Born deaf, the boy has never had the luxury of being able to hear or being able to learn in what most would deem 'the normal way'. He speaks little, prefering to sign, because although he has the ability to do so, he's self-conscious at seventeen and has always been afraid of how he must sound to anyone who can hear. His situation becomes slightly more complicated when his father, his only remaining parent and relative, is killed in a car accident. This is where the Jones', long-time friends of his dad's, come into the scene. Their son,
characterb, is none too pleased. Despite not wanting
charactera to live with himself and his family,
characterb ultimately comes to the other boy's rescue when he's first teased and then beaten up school. This episode results in the tentative beginning of a friendship which will come to lead to much more.

SCENARIO 4
After witnessing the death of his longtime lover and soulmate, characterb is never the same. Discouraged by death and deeply upset about it, he falls into depression at nineteen, toys with the idea of suicide and even picks up a bad drinking habit. His family's afraid that he's on the path to destruction and maybe even madness. They intervene, do their best to get him away from thoughts of suicide, and twenty years after his boyfriend's death,
characterb finds himself working nights at a hotline for troubled GLBT youth. The routine is one he loves, one of normalcy and care and something that'll counter-act the negativity that fueled his boyfriend's death, but his world flip-flips upside down when he answers a call late one night and hears his late lover's voice on the other end. It can't be, of course, since
charactera sounds barely out of his teens and
characterb saw his boyfriend's ashes scattered off the shore of a beach close to their own hearts but as he gets closer to the teen and comes to find out the little things that make the boy who he is,
charactera finds himself believing more and more in the idea of reincarnation and second chances.

SCENARIO 5
A young teen, Elijah, is about 14/15 years in age when he witnesses a gang shooting when walking home from a friend's birthday party one evening. Terrified, he takes off and manages, just barely, to escape. He returns home, relates exactly what happened to wide-eyed parents, and his mother immediately drives him to the police station to explain what he's seen. When a call comes in some hours later that the boy's house has been ransacked and his mother never returns from a coffee run, it's decided that he'll be placed in the custody of one of the younger officers, who isn't as old as his peers but has undergone intense training and knows what he's doing. When the young cop's shift ends, he takes the boy home with him to keep an eye on him and do what he does best: protect him.
PBs /William Moseley
SCENARIO 6
Ciel Boulanger is twenty-one and a well-known novelist who's work has started to gain a fan base not only in France but in other countries as well. His work is all gay fiction, centered around a theme that seems to be romantic comedy but when his lover and benefactor of the past two years dies, he's so grief-stricken that the world around him crumbles. Pascal Stigalier had been nineteen years his senior, a married man with four children, but over the course of being a student under his guidance Ciel had fallen in love with him.
Even eight months after Pascal hangs himself in the home he shares with his family, Ciel is suffering. Pascal arranged for money to be sent to him monthly and the staff is paid with a similar check but it's Pascal whom Ciel misses, not his money. He becomes a recluse, keeps himself holed up in a chauteau in the Parisian countryside and hardly budges for work, food or even the company of his friends, who insist that he needs to move on, find something better.
His work becomes darker, he burns the encouraging yet inquisitive letters from the large part of his fan-base and then a puppy shows up in his backyard. Drunk and bleary-eyed, he lets the dog in, but doesn't know, at first, what to do with it. He drags himself to the store to buy dog food, purchases all the necessary items to bathe the canine, and he even gets around to naming the dog. He wonders at first how it arrived in his backyard, why it was in such a good condition, but pushes those questions aside after two weeks of letting the puppy sleep beside him, follow him around the house.
When an American neighbor, twenty-eight and recently arrived to France from Louisiana, arrives at his doorstep and claims to be not only the dog's owner but a member of the neighborhood, Ciel is abrasive but unable to turn him away. It's through his man that he comes to realize how unhealthy his relationship with Pascal actually was.
PBs /Louis Garrel
SCENARIO 7
Bo Clemings, is nineteen years old and dropped out of high school at age sixteen. He was never the academic type and so, unlikely to graduate if he continued on with his schooling, he opted for taking care of his father, who fell ill when Bo was fourteen. In order to provide for himself and his dad, to keep a steady income coming into the house, Bo works at a gas station and odd jobs around his small and rural community. Rumors that he's gay have been floating around for over a year, following an instance when he was fired from working around the Reed farm, but mostly Bo sticks to himself and the small, run-down house where he cares for his father. Trouble comes along in the form of Theodore Philip, the town's resident football superstar and local hero. He sees Bo working on a car when he comes in to get his tank filled, watches the other boy for perhaps entirely too long, and is immediately offended when Bo confronts him about it. After that, he commences making Bo's life something of a living hell, bothering him not only at the gas station but at his own home as well. It's clear that Sonny wants something of him but Bo has no idea what.
